Rates:

December 15 to April 15 - U.S. $3,200.00 per week. Christmas & New Year $3,500.00

April 16 to Dec 14 - U.S. $2,850.00 per wk.

(Rates and length of stay can be negotiated.)

Service Includes: Cook/Chef, daily maid service, Night Watchman/Security Guard, gardener/pool attendant.

Reservation policy:

A 30% deposit is required to secure reservation, balance due 60 days before arrival. For the weeks of Christmas and New Year a 50% deposit is required balance due 90 days before arrival. A refundable damage / loss deposit of $500.00 may be required.

(Reservation policy can be waived in certain circumstances)

Payment:

We accept Credit Cards, Western Union wire transfer, cashiers cheques, travelers’ cheques or money orders.

*It is customary to pay a 10% staff gratuity.
